Ginny Clark who now runs Décor alongside her husband David, is a fully qualified landscape designer with diplomas in Horticulture and Parks and Garden Tech. Ginny has made her mark on many high profile gardens in Tauranga since 1990.
Ginny is an experienced avid designer and plant professional, she will talk to clients about their aspirations and ideas and following an onsite consultation, will come up with a practical design concept. Once the client is happy with the design Décor can take care of the rest such as preparing the landscape, providing the plants and decorative elements to create a truly special and functional outdoor area and garden.

PROFESSIONAL GARDEN DESIGN SCHEDULE OF FEES
Because every client or properties we work with are unique, we supply custom plans to meet individual requirements. At Décor Gardenworld we believe flexibility is vital and we are happy to discuss your ideas and work within your budget to get the garden you have always dreamed of. We can offer a little bit of planting advice, a whole set of landscape plans, or anything in between. It's up to you!ONSITE GARDEN ADVICE
Ideal for those of you that need some advice on what to plant or if you have problem areas in the garden. We will leave you with planting notes and recommendations for success with new and existing plantings. Often, this consultation can be followed up with a visit, by you, to Decor where we can show you what choices there are.You will also receive a discount card for trees and shrubs.
1st hour onsite (minimum 1 hour charge) $160.00 including GST
Additional time $95.00/hour + GST
Travel outside city boundaries 95c/km + GST
PROFESSIONAL GARDEN DESIGN SERVICE
This option provides you with a Landscape Plan. Ideal for new homes or those in need of a complete overhaul. The designer will come to site to discuss your requirements and take any measurements needed. Back in the studio, they will produce a concept plan (to scale) for your approval before the final landscape proposal is completed.From there we can arrange to have the project managed right through to completion if required.
A discount card for trees and shrubs is included and special rates for bulk buys can be arranged.
1st hour onsite (minimum 1 hour charge) $180.00 including GST
Additional time $95.00/hour + GST
Travel outside city boundaries 95c/km + GST
As a guide – for the average residential property:
CONCEPT PLAN - Between $600-$1200 + GST
Including overall design concept, naming of key trees and planting recommendations.
LIFESTYLE OR ACREAGE - From $950 + GST
FULL PLANTING PLAN - An extra $400-$800 + GST
Depending on the size of the property.
