Thank you so much for your support
The Country Fair was a HUGE success and we had two very happy bidders that won your vouchers! We couldn’t do it without generous local businesses like yourselves on board. The proceeds are going towards new sports and technology equipment for our Te Puna kids!

The Awhina House Vege Garden Update
The vege garden at Awhina House is thriving and we have lots of healthy greens growing! We have been making salads using the leafy greens and some of the brassicas are beginning to develop. The women have been tackling the persistent weeds and oxalis which keep popping up and we have a couple of great volunteers who have been coming in to help with the garden and guide the women in how to take care of it. We did have a battle with the white butterflies but the brassicas have largely made it through! Thank you so much for the seedlings you donated. We are off to a great start.
